Whilst the TTC Group is a leading provider of outsourced business processes, delivering contact centre solutions, our wider remit is to improve personal and professional knowledge, accountability and responsibility through a wide variety of learning & development programmes. Our flagship programme – K2P is – designed to unlock personal potential and can play an important role in improving employability skills for the long term unemployed and rehabilitating offenders as well as developing core skills in young people. TTC also deliver learning & development programmes for drug and alcohol awareness, specialist driver training courses, customer service and media training. Integral to delivering these learning & development programmes is TTC’s expertise in the management of front, middle and back-office operations, logistics and real-time tracking and recording, with specialist knowledge working in the public and private sectors.
Over the past 25 years the TTC Group has become the largest provider of police-referred driver training courses including Speed Awareness and Drink Drive Rehabilitation. Fundamental to the effective and efficient delivery of this service is our Contact Centre Services division and robust IT backbone – Navicom – allowing us to manage, track, record and monitor bookings in real-time. TTC serves 320,000 clients on behalf of the UK’s most demanding organisations, every year. We work with the general public directly (or as the service provider commissioned by a Local Authority), public sector organisations including Police Authorities and Government departments and private sector businesses and organisations.
