TTC is one of the UK’s leading providers of Police & Court referred driver courses including National Speed Awareness, What’s Driving Us, Driving For Change, RIDE (Rider Intervention Developing Experience) and Seat Belt Awareness. Contact Centre Services

Integral to delivering these police and court-referred driver training courses to well in excess of 300,000 individuals every year is TTC’s Contact Centre Services division and robust IT backbone – Navicom.  Our infrastructure allows TTC to manage, track, record and monitor bookings in real-time, a service that is fundamental to the training services we deliver, however, it can also be packaged as an outsourced contact centre service, used by clients to support the delivery of their own training courses or interventions.
